Data protection notice (KVKK)
Under Article 10 of Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data.
This notice is provided for users in Türkiye. The Turkish text is the legally binding version.
1. Data controller

2. Data processed and purposes
- Device and advertising data (advertising ID, approximate location, ad interaction): showing and measuring rewarded ads. This data is processed by Google AdMob.
- Contact data (e-mail address, message content): answering support requests.
Your game progress is stored only on your device and is not processed by us.
3. Legal basis
For advertising data, your explicit consent (which you can withdraw at any time); for support messages, our legitimate interest and the need to fulfil your request.
4. Transfers
Advertising data may be transferred to Google and its servers abroad. The transfer relies on your explicit consent in line with Article 9 of the Law.
5. Retention
Support messages are kept for a reasonable period after the request is resolved and then deleted. Retention of advertising data follows Google’s policies.
6. Your rights (Article 11)
You may ask whether your data is processed, request information, ask for correction, deletion or destruction, learn to whom it is transferred, object, and claim compensation for damage.
7. How to apply
To exercise your rights, write to support@veromgames.com. We will conclude your application within thirty days at the latest.
